  • 10 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, then cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
