- 1 lb leftover turkey, sliced
- 12 oz leftover stuffing
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and fresh sage until combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture over each tortilla. On one half, layer turkey slices, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Fold the tortilla over.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook two folded quesadillas for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
- Cut in half and serve with dipping sauce made from remaining mayonnaise mixed with sage.
