Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 2 large grated carrots
  • 4 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, granulated sugar, minced garlic, ground ginger, cornstarch, and warm water for the teriyaki sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent, then add minced garlic until fragrant.
