- 4 regular-sized tea bags

Instructions
- Steep four regular-sized tea bags in 2 1/2 cups of boiling water for 12 hours; cool.
- Remove tea bags and strain the tea using cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
- In a large pot, combine 2 cups of strained tea and bring to medium heat.
- Add 4 cups of sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice and boil for one minute.
- Add liquid pectin and boil for an additional minute.
- Skim off any foam from the top before pouring into sterilized jars.
- Process jars in boiling water for ten minutes; let sit undisturbed for 24 hours.
