  • 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water and let cool slightly before adding strawberries.
  2. Fold in hulled and sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O mixture.
  3. Crush pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar; press into a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust, then pour the strawberry layer on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
