Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1–2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
Instructions
- Blend yogurt, milk, and sugar/honey until smooth.
- Add chopped strawberries and banana; blend again until creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for easy removal.
