- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2/3 cup red cooking wine
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, bay leaf)

- 2. In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and sear the beef until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
