  • 2 celery stalks (diced)

  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15–20 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled potatoes with chopped eggs, celery, red onion, and turkey bacon.
  4. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and gently fold until well coated. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
