  • 12 tablespoons cream or milk (adjust as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream.
