Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 (2-oz.) can oil-packed anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 oz. baby spinach
- 16 oz. store-bought pizza dough
- 1 c. marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, warm olive oil and sauté chopped garlic and anchovies until fragrant.
- Stir in oregano and red pepper flakes; set aside.
- Sauté baby spinach until wilted; transfer to a bowl.
- On a floured surface, stretch pizza dough to fit a greased baking sheet.
- Spread garlic oil over dough; layer spinach, artichokes, ricotta, and Parmesan on top.
