Ingredients

- 12 oz sushi-grade tuna (cubed)
- 12 oz sushi-grade salmon (cubed)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- Fresh vegetables: avocado, mango, edamame, scallions, jalapeƱo, purple cabbage
- Soy sauce and mirin for seasoning
Instructions
