Ingredients
- 3 lb Beef Brisket
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup Beer (IPA or Stout)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 lb Refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Coarse Salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Season beef brisket with olive oil and spices, then slow cook with beef broth on low for about 8 hours until tender.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cheeses, beer, sour cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the beer cheese filling.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pizza dough into circles about 4 inches wide.
- Fill each circle with brisket and beer cheese mixture, fold over and pinch closed.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt before baking on parchment-lined sheets for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
