- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Boil Yukon Gold potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, then mash with butter, milk, and salt until smooth.
