- 55 g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) full cream milk
- 200 g (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 110 g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 185 g (1 1/4 cup) plain flour
- Fresh rhubarb stalks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare the custard by combining custard powder, caster sugar, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla extract.
