- 3–4 pounds bone-in short ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots

- 2 cups Cabernet Sauvignon
- 3 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
