Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by washing raspberries and slicing peaches.
- In a large pot, combine raspberries, sliced peaches, 3 cups of sugar, and lemon juice; stir well.
- Cook over medium heat until bubbling, then add fruit pectin while stirring continuously.
- Gradually add remaining sugar after about 5 minutes; stir until dissolved.
- Bring back to a full boil for 10 minutes; test consistency on a cold plate.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized jars using a ladle and canning funnel.
- Process jars in boiling water for 5-10 minutes; cool completely before storing.
