  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil and sugar until well combined. Add eggs one by one, then stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. For the cream cheese layer, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Prepare streusel by mixing brown sugar, white sugar, butter, flour, and spices until crumbly.
  6. Layer half the batter in a greased pan, spread cream cheese mixture on top, pour remaining batter gently over it, and sprinkle with streusel.
