  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large egg whites
  • Sugar (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until sandy; press into the dish and bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Melt dark chocolate over simmering water; pour over cooled crust and chill until set.
  3. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and refrigerate. Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
