Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, combine mashed banana and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and add almond milk. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
