- 5 cups chopped peaches
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- In a food processor, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly. Set aside 1½ cups for topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes.
- For the filling, toss chopped peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix in heavy cream.
- Pour the peach mixture over the crust and sprinkle the reserved crumble on top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
