Description

Indulge in the heavenly taste of Peaches and Cream Crumble Bars, a perfect summer dessert that blends sweet, juicy peaches with a rich creamy filling, all topped with a crunchy crumble. Ideal for picnics, family gatherings, or quiet evenings at home, these bars are both delightful and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups cold unsalted butter
  • 5 cups chopped peaches
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly. Set aside 1½ cups for topping.
  3. Press the remaining mixture into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. For the filling, toss chopped peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix in heavy cream.
  5. Pour the peach mixture over the crust and sprinkle the reserved crumble on top.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
