Ingredients
- 14 ounces smoked sausage (kielbasa), sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into rounds and dice the onion and bell pepper.
