- 8 ounces dry spaghetti (broken in half)
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until browned (7-8 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, reserving 1 tablespoon of grease.
- Add kielbasa to the skillet and brown on both sides (4-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion in the same skillet until softened (3-5 minutes), then add garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks until no longer pink (5-8 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; return bacon and kielbasa to the skillet.
- Arrange broken spaghetti over meat mixture; pour tomatoes and sauce on top.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente.
- Stir everything together, sprinkle with cheese, cover again until melted (about 5 minutes).
