  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Mix mozzarella, rosemary, and Parmesan in a bowl for the filling.
  5. Divide dough into eight pieces, roll each into a rope, flatten slightly, and fill with mozzarella mix.
  6. Shape into pretzels by folding dough over the filling and twisting ends together.
  7. Boil each pretzel in water mixed with baking soda for about 30 seconds before transferring to the baking sheet.
