- 8 Yukon gold potatoes
- 4 ounces Gruyere cheese
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ cups half and half
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
