Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup yellow onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté ground beef with olive oil until browned. Add diced onions and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and cool.
