  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 8 ounces baby Bella mushrooms (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 3/4 cups beef broth

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Provolone, Swiss, or Mozzarella)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode and melt butter. Brown the ground beef for about a minute before breaking it apart until fully cooked.

  4. Gently add shell pasta to the pot and ensure it's submerged in the liquid.
  5. Seal the Instant Pot and set to High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  6. After cooking, perform a quick release and stir well.
  7. Turn on Sauté mode again and mix in sour cream and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and let it melt before stirring everything together.
