Ingredients

- 13 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Red pepper flakes to taste

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Reserve two-thirds of the sauce.
- Marinate the shrimp in the remaining sauce in a zip-top bag for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and brown the sliced kielbasa sausage for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add marinated shrimp to the skillet (discard leftover marinade) and cook until pink and opaque (about 2 minutes per side).
- Pour in reserved honey garlic sauce and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes. Toss in broccoli before serving.
