- 1 package of pie crust (2 in a pack)
- 1 egg (for wash)
- 1 tablespoon water (for wash)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for drizzle)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Prepare the blueberry filling by cooking blueberries in a saucepan until soft. Mix with sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice until thickened.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles. Place filling on half of the circles, cover with the remaining ones, crimp edges, and make slits on top.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
