  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) beef broth
  • 1 can (10 oz) condensed tomato soup
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and salt until no longer pink.
  2. Drain excess grease. Add potatoes, beef broth, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, frozen vegetables, and seasonings; stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
