- Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning
- Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Parboil the petite potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender. Add corn rounds during the last 5 minutes.
- Assemble skewers by alternating shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Brush with oil and season generously.
- For the garlic butter, melt butter in a saucepan and mix in crab boil seasoning and minced garlic; simmer briefly.
