- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar (for filling)

- 4 large eggs (for filling)
- 1 tablespoon grapefruit zest (for filling)
- 1 cup grapefruit juice (for filling)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 11×7-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the crust by combining flour, powdered sugar, salt, and butter in a food processor until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
- While the crust bakes, whisk together granulated sugar, flour, and eggs in a bowl. Stir in grapefruit zest and juice until fully combined.
- Once the crust is done, pour the filling over it and return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until set.
- Allow bars to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 1-2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
