  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 34 green onions (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add oil. Once hot, stir in garlic and ginger; cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add brown sugar, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce; stir and cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in toasted sesame oil.
  5. Toss cooked noodles into the skillet with the sauce until well-coated. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
