  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter for finishing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear seasoned steak cubes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add broth, cream, milk, and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in all cheeses until melted. Return steak to the skillet and add cooked rotini; toss to combine.
  5. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed and serve garnished with parsley.
