  • 1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (separated)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup pretzels (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine cookie crumbs, pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and dark brown sugar in a food processor. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for about 8 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and freeze for at least two hours.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat, pour over the frozen filling, and top with chopped pretzels.
