- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 28 oz marinara sauce
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 4 oz mozzarella, shredded or sliced
- 1/4 c fresh Parmigiano reggiano, grated
- 24 oz potato gnocchi
- optional: fresh basil
Instructions
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Add olive oil, onion, garlic, and spices to the pan; sauté for 3-5 minutes until onions are soft.
