- 1 tsp kosher salt (plus more for topping)
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add lukewarm water while stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly coat the dough with olive oil, cover it, and let it rise at room temperature for about 1½ hours until doubled in size.
- Grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with butter. Pour in 1 tbsp of olive oil and place the risen dough in the dish, rolling it around to coat.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- After resting for another 30 minutes, top the dough with remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and rosemary leaves. Create dimples with greased fingers.
- Sprinkle with salt and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
