Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1214 oz pre-cooked sausage (Kielbasa or Andouille), sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, small florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 45 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey garlic sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sausage until browned for about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and cook for 4–5 minutes until bright green. Add water, cover, and steam for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. On the empty side of the skillet, cook shrimp for about 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
  5. Return sausage to the pan and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything. Stir well and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and sesame seeds before serving.
