Ingredients
- 1 brownie recipe (for a 9x13 pan)
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (or 2 cups Cool Whip)
- 6–7 fresh strawberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Grease a jelly roll pan and pour in the brownie batter. Bake for 33-37 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
