- 1 whole vanilla bean
- 5 large egg yolks
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar (for caramelizing)
Instructions
- Infuse the milk with vanilla and Earl Grey tea by combining them in a saucepan over medium heat. Let steep for 10 minutes before straining.
