  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened butter until creamy, then combine with brown sugar, flour, and salt until blended.
  3. Press 1¾ cups of the mixture into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, mix sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the baked crust, sprinkle remaining crust on top, add fresh raspberries, and top with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
