  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Cajun seasoning. Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, heavy cream, and minced garlic until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, mix marinara sauce with chicken broth and pour it over the stuffed shells.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, drizzle with olive oil, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
