Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 14 oz cranberry sauce
- 12 oz chili sauce
- 30 to 40 meatballs (frozen or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add chives, tarragon, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside in the refrigerator.
- In another bowl, mix cranberry sauce and chili sauce until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place meatballs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with the chilled herb dip.
