- 2½ cups Boiling Water (divided)
- 2 cups Whipped Cream (+ Garnish)
- ½ cup Vodka (optional)
- ⅔ cup Vodka (optional)
- Pink Cotton Candy
- Blue Cotton Candy
- Corn Syrup
- Pastel Nonpareil Sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare shot glasses by brushing corn syrup around the rims and dipping in sprinkles.
- For the pink layer, dissolve pink jello in 1½ cups boiling water, then mix in vodka and cotton candy. Fill shot glasses ⅔ full and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- For the blue layer, dissolve blue jello in 1 cup boiling water, mix in vodka and cotton candy, then add whipped cream until combined.
- Carefully fill each shot glass to the top with the blue mixture and chill for another hour.
