  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  6. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave.
  9. Dip each ball in melted chocolate; tap off excess.
  10. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top before refrigerating until set.
