- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
- Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate; tap off excess.
- Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top before refrigerating until set.
