  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup Golden Oreo pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. Use a food processor to blend Oreos into crumbs and pieces; measure out the required amounts.
  4. In another bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined. Fold in sprinkles and Oreo pieces gently.
