Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak
- 8 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies (10 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Assorted bell peppers and onions
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef cubes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
