- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Fresh thyme and rosemary
Instructions
- Trim the skirt steak of excess fat and silverskin; cut into 3-4 pieces.
- Season with kosher salt and place in a resealable bag.
