- 15–20 mini peppers
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp dill pickle juice
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano to create the Cajun seasoning.
- Toss shrimp in the seasoning and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers, alternating with mini peppers.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Grill skewers for 3–4 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- For the dipping sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, ketchup, dill pickle juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
