  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (for dipping sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ Tbsp oregano
  • 1520 mini peppers
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp dill pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano to create the Cajun seasoning.
  3. Toss shrimp in the seasoning and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers, alternating with mini peppers.
  5. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  6. Grill skewers for 3–4 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. For the dipping sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, ketchup, dill pickle juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
