- 12 oz twisted pasta (fusilli)
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter (for steak)
- 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and add olive oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then sear the steak strips seasoned with Cajun spice until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, melt another 2 tbsp butter, add heavy cream and milk, then stir in Velveeta until smooth. Gradually mix in mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan until thickened.
- Combine cooked pasta and steak with the sauce; toss well to coat.
- Serve warm garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
