  • 12 oz twisted pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter (for steak)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and add olive oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then sear the steak strips seasoned with Cajun spice until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another 2 tbsp butter, add heavy cream and milk, then stir in Velveeta until smooth. Gradually mix in mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan until thickened.
  4. Combine cooked pasta and steak with the sauce; toss well to coat.
  5. Serve warm garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
