- 283 g whole milk (room temp)

- 227 g unsalted butter (room temp)
- 12 oz cream cheese (cold)
- 340 g powdered sugar (sifted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round baking pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, cream dark brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Add oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
